Alexis Perno
Alexis Perno is News Editor at Pep O’ Plant and occasional business manager. Her hobbies, among other things, include crying, destroying the patriarchy and loving women. She hopes to be a journalist and poet when she grows up and also believes that Ernest Hooper is a godly being who must be protected in this cruel, terrible world. Although this is a bio about Perno, she has nothing else to say and has a word count to meet, so she’ll describe just how incredible Ernest Hooper is. Hooper is a columnist at the Tampa Bay Times and has spoken at the Florida Scholastic Press Association. When she first saw him speak, she was a freshman and now, as a junior, she still regards him as highly as ever.
