Alexis Alvarez is a sophomore and a designer on the Pep O’ Plant.  She has a twin sister, Laura, who is also a designer on the newspaper staff.  In her free time, she likes to play the piano, listen to music and work out at the gym with her friends.  Some of her favorite things to do are go shopping, travel with her family and watch “The Vampire Diaries” and “The Originals” on Netflix.  Her favorite foods are acai bowls and Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream.  She is looking forward to her first year on the Pep O’ Plant.
