Teachers favorite thing about Plant

“I chose to teach English because writing seems to be the biggest struggle for people so if I can help to make kids better writers, I'd be making a good contribution,” said AP Literature teacher Derek Thomas.  “The best part of my job is working with my students every day.”

“The whole English department has made me feel so welcome they've been amazing,” English teacher Allison Goldberg said. “At plant my main goal is to make sure that my students succeed and I want them to understand that I have their best interests in mind.”

“I am excited to welcome the new class at Panther preview because they will be my first class that I would know from the beginning until they graduate,” admin Valerie Fuchs said. “I am committed to make plan a grade school that students speak highly of and mostly have a great experience at.”

"I just love the academic culture at Plant and how every student shows up ready to learn," Gary Roosa said. "I look forward to coming to work in the morning, and if you can find a job like that, then I think you've hit the lottery."
