Celebrities flaunt style down Grammys’ red carpet
The 61st Grammy Awards show is a prestigious ceremony where singers come together to receive awards on their best works. Alicia Keys hosted this year’s Grammys in Los Angeles. Celebrities arrived with show-stopping looks created by brilliant fashion designers.
Most designers would compete for a chance to make a dress for a talented pop singer but for Bebe Rexha that was not the case. There were not many designers who wanted to dress her due to her size. The typical sizes for Grammys dresses are a size 0 and 2.
Rexha left all the haters with awe in her ravishing tiered tulle red gown designed by Monsoori. The bodice of her gown was a simple V-neck and she added an elegant diamond drop necklace.
The dress gorgeously accentuated her curves. The singer wanted to have a look that gave princess vibes and she accomplished it very well.
Meghan Trainor traded a dress in for a sophisticated pant suit. She recently just got married so she brought the color white from being down the aisle to down the red carpet. Her pant suit features a plunging V-neck and crystal encrusted shoulder pads, belt, sides of her pants and the tops of her sleeves.
To match with her shiny pant suit she wore dazzling diamond drop earrings from Forevermark. She looked positively radiant.
Miley Cyrus brought the black suit out of the office and onto the red carpet. The suit was designed by Mugler. She paired the look with black stilettos to make the look more feminine. The singer looked very chic and bold.
Her red-carpet look could inspire women to be daring by shopping for suits in the men’s section at the store to wear to work or for a night out in the city.
Dua Lipa showcased a glamorous silver sweetheart-neckline gown designed by Versace. The bodice featured a draped criss-cross design. The bottom of her dress was sparkly blue and so long that it flowed onto the red carpet.
For accessories, Lipa displayed a breathtaking blue diamond statement necklace by Bulgari. She looked like a modern-day Cinderella.
Lipa wasn’t the only celebrity who looked like Cinderella. Ariana Grande did not attend the Grammys due to conflict with one of the producers, but she still got dressed up and posted a picture of her looking just as princess-worthy in her powder blue sweetheart-neckline Zac-Posen-custom-made ballgown.
She may not have been wearing glass slippers, but she did get to wear a stellar diamond necklace.
Lady Gaga shined so bright with her strapless silver sequined avant-garde dress designed by Celine. She wore a diamond necklace from Tiffany & Co. which was a common trend seen on the red carpet to complete her look.
Diamonds, suits and V-necks were the trends which A-listers made it down the red carpet with in style.
