Winter Activities in Tampa

#1- Enchant Christmas
Located at Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, is Enchant Christmas. This experience consists of a maze filled with 4 million sparkling lights and many winter activities to participate in. For example, there is an ice-skating rink, shops with souvenirs, food and drink spots, and places with backgrounds to take festive pictures. This attraction is open from Nov. 25-Jan. 1. Enchant Christmas only comes once a year, so it is best to take advantage of the winter fun now!
#2- Christmas Town
Every year thousands of people wait for the breathtaking experience of Christmas Town at Bush Gardens. Guests watch the holidays come to life by walking through Santa’s house and getting to meet him while Mrs. Claus brings the guests freshly baked cookies, walking through the light show, watching the fireworks at the end of the night, and even riding thrilling rides while still experiencing the Christmas cheer. Christmas Town is open until Jan. 9.
#3- Winter Wonder Wharf
Celebrate the holiday season at Sparkman Wharf with winter-themed entertainment throughout December. Enjoy Christmas events with a visit from Santa Claus, holiday-themed events, live entertainment, food and drinks available, and fun backdrops for photo ops. This event is free and welcoming to all ages.
#4- Holiday Cruises Yacht Starship
Running until Dec. 30 is the Holiday Cruises on the Yacht Starship in Clearwater. This breathtaking experience takes friends and family on a cruise throughout the Tampa Bay waters while enjoying the fantastic scenery and delicious buffet. On the boat, there is a DJ for entertainment, dinner, and a night full of festivities for the passengers to enjoy.
