Are the iPhone 8 and iPhoneX worth it?

Apple announces release of two new phones

It’s finally that time of the year again. The time when Apple releases their new phone, with a few new features, that everybody will blindly buy.

Apple is consistent with their phones, and they are of very high quality, but their quality tends to drop near the time the new phones are released, “coincidentally.”

What started out as a genius idea of innovation and creativity has evolved into a money making, monopoly with a complete lack of care, except for money that is.

The iPhones 8 and 8+ are scheduled to be released on Sept. 22, and the iPhone X on Nov. 3.

There are a few new features that come with the iPhone 8, such as an increase of storage, the most being 256 gigabytes, and the smallest being 64, which is surprisingly large for the smallest edition, as opposed to 32 and 128 on the iPhone 7.

The screen size is the exact same, with the same cameras, and the same basic features. One different feature is a new chip, from the A10 to the A11, increasing the quality of the phone’s hardware and features and the smoothness.

The iPhone 8 has a few minor upgrades, but no standout features that make it worth $700.

However, the iPhone X has many new features and seems to be something everybody has their eyes on.

It has the same storage as the iPhone 8, with a larger screen. The display has had a major upgrade that gives it a higher quality viewing experience, with the ability to record at 4K resolution.

The front facing camera has been a major focus of upgrade, with much higher quality photos and video taking capabilities than any other iPhone prior.

One major feature that was heavily desired is the Face ID, using your face to log into your phone. Although the test run for it did fail during the preview Apple did live, with some small fixes, it seems to be able to work flawlessly.

One big complaint of those who buy iPhones is the fact that the company keeps adding pointless features to their phones, opposed to the features that would actually make these phones superior to other phones.

One major feature that shows this quality is Animoji, the ability to use your face to make emojis move in texts. This monstrosity of an idea angered fans, as the producers at Apple spent time coding this, as opposed to something that would make these phones better quality.

Another poor feature of these phones is the inability to add SIM cards to them. SIM cards allow the user to add extra storage to their phones, making them much faster and giving more space for important things on their phones, like pictures.

One major feature they connected to the iPhone X is quick charging, which is possible, but only if the correct materials are bought, and these materials do not come with the iPhone X.

Apple’s inability to correspond with the rest of the world, and not do things completely alone, has caused them to slowly begin to lose what they built up from the beginning, when Steve Jobs first created Apple.

If Apple keeps ignoring their supporter’s desires and making the same products on repeat, their fanbase will slowly drop, similarly to their current stocks.
