Hearts Everywhere: FMSOA takes on Valentine’s Day Cards

Students who are members of the Future Medical Students of America (FMSOA) prepared Valentine’s Day cards for local nursing homes. This was the club’s first ever card-making meeting and led to many cards being made for people all around Tampa. (Bella Johnson)

Many students opted for pink cards to show the Valentine’s Day spirit better. Birthday cards were also made for local nursing home residents.

Vice-President of FMSOA, Samuel Lenz, constructed many birthdays card for the nursing home residents. “It was super fun for the club to do,” Lenz said.

Students choose from four card colors: white, yellow, pink and blue. Many students chose pink and white as their card base and approximately 50 cards were made by this meeting alone.
