The Florida State Fair returns February 8-19. They’re known for having the most giant midway and bizarre food concoctions. It’s famous for its donut burger, Pop Rocks pickle, Fried spam grilled cheese, and a cheese curd burger between two honey buns.
There are a wide variety of things to do at the Fair. There are more than 150 shows, three music stages, art exhibits, rides, and lots more entertainment. Agriculture is a big part of the fair, so there are lots of exhibits like beekeepers with honey samples, a milking parlor, a variety of cows, chickens, goats, and a place to interact with the animals.
For the first time in many years, the fair will have fireworks on opening and closing weekends. There will also be discos and a concert on Saturday.
