Varsity football defeats Venice
The football team opened its 2017 campaign with a preseason victory over Venice, who made it to the state semifinals last year. Led by seniors Jordan McCloud, Judge Culpepper, and Brandon Brooks, the tune-up game resulted in a final score of 46-42.
During the first football game of the year, junior Liz Rosa directs the marching band.
